Timing slots for bbq :

Before 2 o'clock;
Contact me if you gonna reach there before 2pm , so we can meet you up and you could help to take things to the pit .

@ 2 o'clock;
Those who are there @ this time , we will put you in diff timing slots in between 2pm to 430pm ,
to look after the stuffs we've bought , we will definitely put you with your friends for you guys to chat , rest assure.

In between 2pm to 430pm for those not doing duty ;
You can : Cycle , Rollerblade , Play around with the water , Ball games and etc.
I doubt we can go down to the water to play as the news are reporting dk what EastCoast , the sea got oil ): lou you !

@ 430pm ;
EVERYBODY , no matter what WILL be doing , just head back to the bbq pit .
Mostly , the guys will be starting the fire ,
and the girls will be helping to manage the food and stuffs.
EVERYONE has to do their own parts alright .

@5pm ;
By the time , bbq is ABOUT to start,
once the fire is alright , you may start bbqing stuffs (:
AND ALSO , please DONT SIT down there , waiting for people to serve you stuffs , unless ,
you are TEACHER, they have SPECIAL privileges .

In between 5pm to 7pm ;
You can have your food along the beach , or wherever la .
So long as you are eating your food :B

700pm to 730pm ;
For those who came LATE or you STILL wants to eat , carry on .
But as for those who are FULL already , in this 30 mins , you can take this as your free time ,
doing your own stuffs such as phototaking with YOUR friends .

730pm to 8pm ;
You guys should be FULL ?
If you STILL wanna continue , we got no choice but to let you continue , BUT , im not sure if there's still food for you anot :P
But mostly of you will be full , and we will start PHOTOTAKING first ,
as people may leave early , so we shall take before we have activities.
Take MOREMORE photos okayyyz ! :D

8pm to 930pm ;
Games and also bonding sessions such as TRUTH OR DARE , GOSSIP , some games about GIRLS & BOYS ^^ *evil laughs*

930pm to 10pm ;
Everyone should be full alrdy , and so we're ready to pack up for the BBQ ONLY .
Should use 30mins to throw & keep things .
EVERYONE should do it , sorta of doing CIP , but NOT counted in CIP hours hor!

10pm onwards ;
For those who NEED to go home @ that time , go home bahs , BUT if you dk how ,
its either your parents or other's parent longbang you home or you go back tgt with friends , or WAIT till we settle everything then follow us home .
As for those who REALLY dont want to go home so early like me(:P) ,
we can plan games on that day itself , or something more interesting la .
But , by that time , partly of us should have gone home .
If we can do nothing , let's sort out things ourselves <:

Notes :
1) IF really , there are left over money , we will sort out and give you back on the FIRST WEEK of school when school reopens .
2) I need the organisers to stayback if you can to sort out the money stuffs , and also the money collector , stay back if you can <:

Although june holidays is for us to rest, but i hate it.. cos we will be missing all our friends. :( so try yr best to come for the bbq party, even if u nv say yes when we ask u if u could come, just tell us before 24th june also can. :) hope to see u there!
